With direct billing, we’ll take care of submitting your treatment costs directly to your insurance provider. We direct bill to most major insurance companies in BC, just bring your policy plan and member ID card with you. Whether it’s Sunlife, Pacific Blue Cross, Greenshield, Manulife, Canada Life, and more! We got you covered for direct billing.

How to find your RMT in Langley
Follow our google maps location and look for the red building, images are provided below to help you find RenewU Massage Therapy. Parking is free and you can park where it’s labeled “ThriveLife.” Take the elevator to the third floor, we have wheelchair access if required. Walk to the end of the hall and through the doors that say “ThriveLife.” This is a shared space and RenewU Massage Therapy operates here. Please have a seat in the waiting area and someone will be out to greet you at the time of your appointment. Don’t worry, if you’re a bit late, we will keep an eye out for you. We are looking forward to welcoming you.

We have designated parking for our guests. Please see the image for details on where you can find stalls 104-110 labelled ‘Thrive Life.’ There is also free street parking all along 199 Street just before entering the parkade.
Meet the owner Victoria Falcicchio
Victoria Falcicchio- BSc, R.Kin, RMT
Driven to find a career she is passionate about, Victoria has always been drawn to helping people and working with the human body.
With over 10 years of experience in health science, Victoria started in personal training and gathered a handful of certifications in exercise physiology. As part of her undergrad she helped train applicants who wanted to become Vancouver Police Officers and RCMP in their physical test. She then completed a degree in Kinesiology at SFU before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
A unique characteristic is her initiative to collaborate with other health care professionals working with a mutual client on their health goals to make the most of their care.
When choosing RenewU and working with Victoria, you can expect someone who is not only knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate, but someone who takes great pride in serving her customers.
On a Personal Note
Victoria has always been a team player and played many different sports growing up, so she was thrilled to be back on a team and to help our local professional men’s basketball team, the Vancouver Bandits, by providing sports massage to quicken their recovery and improve their overall performance.
Victoria grew up in North Burnaby and now lives in Langley, BC, with her husband, daughter, and dog Lucca, and loves all the activities that come along with having a family.
